Where does Southern Stoner® ship?
Southern Stoner® currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations.
Orders below $100 have one flat $5.99 shipping charge. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.
When will my order ship?
Southern Stoner® products are made to order and require production before shipment. A specific processing or production timeframe is not currently promised.
When tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email. Follow the carrier’s tracking information for the current delivery estimate.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email support@southernstoner.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Include your order number, full name and the email address used at checkout.
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters production or fulfillment. Southern Stoner® is not responsible for an address entered incorrectly when the change can no longer be made.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Because Southern Stoner® products are made to order, returns are accepted only for verified defective or damaged items and incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Returns are not accepted because the wrong size or color was ordered, the customer changed their mind or the item is no longer wanted. Routine exchanges are not offered.
Do not return a product without authorization. Southern Stoner® will provide instructions after reviewing the request. See the Refund Policy for complete details.
What should I do if my order is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact support@southernstoner.com within seven calendar days of recorded delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label when applicable
Southern Stoner® will review the information and determine whether photographs are sufficient or the item must be returned. Any replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution will be determined after that review.
How should I choose a size?
Review the sizes, fit information and garment details shown on the product page before ordering. Available sizes can vary by product.
If you have a product question before placing an order, contact support@southernstoner.com. Southern Stoner® cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every customer.
How should I care for my apparel?
Follow the care label attached to the garment and any verified product-specific instructions provided with the item. Care requirements can vary by garment, material and decoration.
Do not rely on one set of washing or drying instructions for every Southern Stoner® product unless those instructions are provided for that specific item.
What should I do if tracking is delayed or my package is missing?
If tracking appears stalled or the package has not arrived by the carrier’s estimated delivery date, email support@southernstoner.com. Include your order number, full name and a description of the issue.
Southern Stoner® will review the tracking and contact the fulfillment provider or carrier when appropriate. A particular investigation result, refund or replacement is not guaranteed before the issue is reviewed. See the Shipping Policy for complete details.

For an order question, include your order number and the email address used at checkout when available. Do not send complete payment-card or bank-account information by email.
