How long does shipping take?
We print every order fresh just for you, so good things take a little time. Once your order is placed, production takes 2-4 business days. After that, standard shipping gets it to your door in 3-5 business days depending on where you're at. So start to finish, plan for about a week to ten days. Worth the wait, we promise.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we're keeping it Southern — which means USA only. We're a small veteran and woman-owned brand out of Florida, and we want to make sure every order gets the attention it deserves before we go global. Stay tuned though. We're growing. 🌿
What's your return and exchange policy?
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Since every piece is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. To start a return, just hit us up on the Contact page and we'll take care of you.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a size chart right in the description with exact measurements — body length and body width — so you can compare to something you already own and love. We carry S through 2XL on most styles. When in doubt, size up. A slightly oversized tee on a back porch is never a bad look.
How do I wash and care for my shirt?
Treat it right and it'll last you a long time. Turn your shirt inside out before washing. Cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry if you can. Do NOT iron directly on the print — that's how good shirts become rags. Follow these simple steps and your Southern Stoner® gear will look sharp for years.
Are you really veteran and woman owned?
Yes ma'am. Southern Stoner® was founded in 2020 by Dana, a U.S. veteran and proud Florida woman who got tired of waiting for a brand that actually spoke her language. So she built one. Every purchase you make directly supports a small, independent, veteran and woman-owned business. We appreciate that more than you know.
Where are your products made?
Our apparel is printed on demand through our production partner in the USA. Every piece is made fresh when you order it — no mass production, no sitting in a warehouse. Just quality gear made specifically for you. 🇺🇸
How do I use my discount code?
Easy. At checkout, look for the field that says "Discount code" or "Gift card." Type your code in there and hit Apply. Your discount will come off the total before you pay. If you signed up for our email list, check your inbox for your 10% off welcome code — SOUTHERN10 gets you there.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First, check your tracking info — you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your estimated delivery date has passed and there's still no sign of your order, reach out to us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll get to the bottom of it fast.
