Return & Refund Policy

At Southern Stoner®, we stand behind the quality of every order. We accept returns only on items that are defective or incorrect.

Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return on a defective or incorrect item.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@southernstoner.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once your request is reviewed, a prepaid return label will be sent to that email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for items that are not defective or incorrect, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@southernstoner.com.
